Join Our New Lab at Hasso Plattner Institute: AI in synbio and health!
I’m setting up my lab at the Hasso Plattner Institute (HPI), located on the edge of Berlin, Germany. We are currently recruiting for fully funded PhD student or postdoctoral positions to work on pioneering projects in AI for safe synthetic biology & infectious diseases (especially antimicrobial resistance). We're especially interested in generative models & LMs for bio, biosecurity, interpretability, & good OOD generalization.
These projects are in collaboration with Melania Nowicka, ensuring outstanding support and resources.
